Important Telehealth Information: Virtual dermatology is intended for non-emergency skin, hair, and nail concerns. Telehealth may not be appropriate for every condition, and an in-person examination, laboratory testing, biopsy, culture, or referral may be recommended. Diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions are based on the medical provider’s clinical judgment and are not guaranteed. Prescription medications, pharmacy charges, laboratory testing, and additional follow-up visits are not included in the consultation fee unless otherwise stated.

Patients must be physically located in a state where the treating provider is licensed at the time of the appointment. Patients ages 12–17 must have a parent or legal guardian present to participate in the visit and provide consent.
